Senior Python Engineer with React

We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer with React experience who combines strong backend expertise with solid software architecture skills and an interest in AI platforms.

The role is primarily focused on Python backend development and building scalable enterprise systems for managing and governing AI agents. You will also contribute to architectural decisions Python SDKs platform governance capabilities and selected parts of the React application.

You will:

• design and build scalable enterprise systems for managing and governing AI agents;
• develop backend services APIs libraries and Python SDKs;
• contribute to software architecture and technical design decisions;
• design governance capabilities including authentication authorisation and access control;
• contribute to backend and frontend application development;
• review code and support less experienced developers through everyday collaboration;

The role is primarily backend-focused:

• approximately 6070% Python backend development;
• approximately 1020% React frontend development;
• the remaining time dedicated to architecture technical design code reviews and collaboration with the team and customers.

Qualifications :

What were looking for:

• software architecture experience including system design and microservice or macroservice architectures
• at least 5 years of experience with Python;
• commercial experience with Django FastAPI or a similar Python web framework;
• experience building deploying and maintaining production web applications;
• experience designing scalable APIs libraries or SDKs;
• good understanding of governance and security patterns including authentication authorisation and access-control;
• working knowledge of React and modern frontend development;
• support other developers and contribute to engineering standards;
• strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly;
• professional working proficiency in English;
• familiarity with the AI landscape including LLMs agentic systems tool-calling and MCPs

You will be working with the following technologies:

• Python Django and related backend ecosystem
• React and modern frontend tooling
• DSPy and LLM/agentic application frameworks
• Docker and Kubernetes
