Digital Traffic & Performance Manager (SEO, GEO & Growth)

– based in Poznan (PL) –

Working within our Global Digital Marketing team, you will lead initiatives that increase qualified traffic, improve online visibility, generate leads, and optimize conversion performance across more than 50 websites, customer portals and our e-commerce platform, serving millions of visitors worldwide.

YOUR ROLE

• Develop and execute the global digital traffic & performance strategy (SEO, GEO, SEA, CRM & Marketing Automation)
• Increase qualified website traffic, lead generation and conversion rates across international markets
• Lead and coordinate external SEO/GEO agencies while supporting local marketing teams worldwide
• Monitor and optimize paid digital campaigns together with country marketing teams
• Own digital analytics, tracking and reporting (Google Analytics 4, GTM, dashboards)
• Analyze customer journeys and improve user experience through conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
• Measure ROI and provide actionable insights to maximize business performance
• Act as the global expert for digital performance, SEO/GEO and conversion optimization
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, AI developments and emerging growth opportunities

• Approximately 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing
• Proven expertise in SEO, digital acquisition and web analytics
• Experience with tools such as:
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Looker Studio and/or Power BI
  • CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot is an advantage)
  • CMS environments such as Drupal or Magento
• Good understanding of AI-driven search developments (GEO / Generative Engine Optimization)
• Experience working in an international and multi-country environment
• Strong analytical mindset with a clear focus on business impact and ROI
• Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
