As a Hebrew Customer Support Representative , you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while representing a leading international company. Your responsibilities include: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Hebrew . Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer requests. Handle customer issues professionally while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Meet quality and productivity targets while following company procedures. Requirements Native or fluent Hebrew (C1/C2). Good command of English (B2 or higher). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented mindset. EU Passport, valid Portuguese Residence Card, or valid Portuguese Work Permit.
