Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our this role you will support the processing and maintenance of customer accounts while ensuring accuracy efficiency and a high standard of service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment while collaborating with others and solving problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain customer account information ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures

  • Enter new account data and update existing records in internal systems

  • Record and verify transactions and account activity

  • Review classify consolidate and summarize documentation and information

  • Prepare reports and provide administrative and operational support

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear accurate information

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues escalating more complex cases when needed

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of requests

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field

  • Three to five years of clerical and customer service experience

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of products services procedures and systems relevant to the role

  • Excellent customer service skills with a solution-oriented mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining high-quality service

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and escalate complex issues

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
