The Infrastructure - Citrix Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for operating maintaining and continuously developing the global Citrix environment across Radiometer and associated OpCos.

This position reports to the Director of IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations and is part of the Global IT Server Operations team located in Stargard or Krakow Poland and will be an on-site role.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Own and operate the global Citrix (desktop virtualization) platform ensuring high availability performance and security
• Provide advanced (2nd/3rd level) support across Citrix and core infrastructure including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Drive daily operations including incident prioritization monitoring KPI tracking and reporting as part of the global IT team
• Manage external Citrix vendors and partners including performance governance and escalations
• Continuously improve and evolve the platform through optimization automation and roadmap execution while maintaining up-to-date documentation

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Technical education in computer science or equivalent.
• 5 - 7 years experience working with IT End-user and Citrix technologies
• Expert-level Citrix skills including design implementation troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Fluent in English.

Travel Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 10 days per year

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience from working in an international organization.
• Experience working in a Meditech or Pharma company.
• Broad experience with End-User Computing solutions (e.g. Intune Windows M365).
