✔ Do you have at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity and a passion for solving complex security challenges?

✔ Do you have experience with any of the following: Active Directory, AWS, Azure, EntraID, GCP, or IAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, Ping, SailPoint)?

✔ Can you independently or with help of architect lead cybersecurity projects, conduct assessments, and implement security solutions while collaborating with international teams?

Our Enterprise Security team is looking for a Cybersecurity (Senior) Consultant who is passionate about cybersecurity topics and combines technical knowledge with a good understanding of business factors, a willingness to learn and the ability to explain technical concepts in every day words.

🎯 What we expect from you:

• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or other closely related fields.
• Very good understanding of the CIA (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability) triad and how it applies to every day business operations.
• Hands-on experience in hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud) within cloud security, endpoint security, and/or network security.
• Comfortable with both Windows and Linux.
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration.
• Handy with PowerShell for deploying and configuring cloud services.
• Reasonable proficiency in one programming language and database system.
• Can use RestAPIs and the JSON file format.
• Solid understanding of how authentication providers like Active Directory Domain Services, Entra ID, and Azure, GCP or AWS cloud security work.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols like Oauth, SAML, Kerberos, LDAP.
• Understanding of cloud access security broker (CASB) functionalities, DLP rule tuning, and secure web gateway (SWG) operations to support data protection and compliance initiatives across hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience with Security Service Edge (SSE) – Netskope and/or Zscaler Data Loss Prevention (DLP) & Private Access solutions would be an advantage.
• Experience in security configuration of SaaS applications (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, others) would be an advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft AZ-500, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, AWS Certified Security, Microsoft SC-300), backed by practical knowledge are a plus.
• Good command of the Microsoft Office suite, ability to produce well structured, easy to read documents.
• B2/C1 level in English and EU Passport.

Your future role

As a Senior Consultant in our team, you will have a unique opportunity to cooperate with our customers during international engagements. You will be a part of cybersecurity projects in areas of governance, security assessments, implementations, and transformations.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Working in cybersecurity projects as Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Conducting cybersecurity as-is assessments as well as identifying client challenges and expectations.
• Responding to clients’ needs by defining solutions and security controls to improve security posture of environments.
• Implementing security solutions and controls (POV, POC, broad deployment).
• Stay on top of the latest technology trends.
