- 6+ years of experience in Full Stack web development.
- Strong expertise in Nest.js (Node.js), React, and Next.js.
- Proven experience designing scalable architectures and making technical decisions.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of software quality, testing, and engineering best practices.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.
- Fluent English.
