Project Business Developer – Commercial & Residential Market (all genders)

We are looking for a results-driven Project Business Developer to drive growth across the Lubuskie Świętokrzyskie Podkarpackie Małopolskie and Śląskie regions. This role involves regular travel to engage with clients and develop opportunities in local markets.

As part of SOMFYs Push & Pull strategy you will strengthen our presence in the residential commercial and hospitality sectors by building lasting partnerships with key construction stakeholders and converting opportunities into long-term business success.

What Youll Do:

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with residential real estate developers architects and project stakeholders.
• Promote Somfys innovative shading systems and smart home technologies across new developments.
• Lead the full business development cycle-from prospecting to project delivery.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
• Represent Somfy at industry events and trade shows to grow brand visibility.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• 5 years of experience as Business Development Manager Senior Sales Representative Sales Engineer Project Manager in real estate smart home or building automation.
• Understanding of IoT smart home ecosystems and motorized shading.
• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Architecture or related field.
• Full professional fluency in Polish and communicative - level proficiency in English
