Department Overview

EMEA Demand Planning Team within Motorola Solutions Systems is responsible for managing the volume planning process across selected product categories for the EMEA region. Demand Planners analyze data and work closely with the Supply and Sales department to ensure the business is ready to handle the expected demand. Planners utilize advanced statistical forecast methods to achieve optimal demand signal accuracy and consistency. Demand Planning team is producing reports and ad-hoc analysis that evaluate demand-capacity and identify areas where improvements can be implemented. Demand forecast provided by the Demand Planning team is used by Motorola Solutions to gain necessary competitive advantage in the current ever changing business environment.

Job Description

What Youll Do

• Help Demand Analysts with daily activities and process improvements.

• Collect and analyze sales data to build accurate data-driven forecasts.

• Track key metrics and prepare reports or ad-hoc analyses.

• Collaborate with Supply and Sales teams to align forecasts with capacity.

• Assist in preparing data for Sales & Operations Planning meetings.

• Maintain accurate data within our planning systems.

Basic Requirements

What You Need

• University student or degree holder (preferably in Math Statistics IT Supply Chain or Economics).

• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week.

• Fluent English (B2/C1) with strong communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills attention to detail and a passion for data.

• Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables and graphs.

Nice to have: Up to 1 year of experience in supply chain or familiarity with tools like Oracle Tableau or SQL.
