HRIS Manager (F/M)
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Manager to lead our HR systems landscape and drive the continuous development of our HR technology this role you will combine strategic ownership of our HRIS ecosystem with hands-on leadership of a dedicated HRIS team.
You will work closely with HR IT Data Architecture teams and business stakeholders to ensure our systems processes and data support business growth and deliver an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the SAP SuccessFactors platform and related HR systems ensuring stability security and alignment with business needs.
- Drive HR process improvements through automation digitalization and best-practice solutions.
- Lead HRIS projects including system implementations upgrades and new module rollouts.
- Define and maintain HR data governance standards ensuring high data quality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with HR IT and business stakeholders to optimize HR systems integrations and reporting capabilities.
- Act as the main point of contact for HRIS-related topics across the organization.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and implementation partners.
- Lead coach and develop a team of 35 HRIS professionals.
What we are looking for
- University degree in HR Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS HR Technology or related areas within an international organization.
- Previous people management experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors Workday Oracle HCM or UKG.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience with HR data governance reporting analytics and system integrations.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations including GDPR.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global teams.
- Fluent English.
