PL Shopping Center Manager

Our Client is an established asset management company. Due to the continued management of one of its Shopping Centers in the Czestochowa region we are seeking an experienced Shopping Centre Manager to oversee the propertys day-to-day operations coordinate key stakeholders and ensure the asset is managed efficiently and in line with ownership objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management and operation of the shopping centre
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and business partners
  
• Coordinate and supervise external service providers and contractors
  
• Ensure the smooth operation of the property and compliance with company standards and procedures
  
• Monitor operating costs and support budget execution
  
• Work closely with central leasing marketing and technical teams
  
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices across the asset
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial real estate shopping center retail park or property management
  
• Good understanding of retail property operations and tenant relations
  
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively
  
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Hands-on proactive approach and a high level of ownership
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing retail portfolios on behalf of retail occupiers or chain operators
  
• Familiarity with large-format retail environments and cooperation with DIY sports FMCG or big-box retailers
