To strengthen our team we are seeking a Technical Project Manager/Proposal Manager who combines hands-on project execution with strategic service growth ensuring a seamless transition from project delivery into long-term customer value and service expansion.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management execution of Polish STATCOM projects (scope schedule cost quality).
• Ensure a smooth handover from project phase to service securing long-term service readiness.
• Act as primary customer interface during execution and early service phase building strong relationships.
• Drive service growth (35%) by identifying upsell opportunities (LTSA upgrades lifecycle solutions).
• Support service-related offers and contract negotiations linked to ongoing projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and future service expansion.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in project execution within grid / HV infrastructure.
• Exposure to service business and commercial processes.
• Strong communication skills in English and Polish.
• Willingness to travel (30%).

Role split:

• Execution: 65%
• Sales / Service Growth: 35%
