We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Lease Auditor.

Location: remote from Poland

Type of contract: contract of mandate/b2b - Full time.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of lease agreements terms and financial documents (landlord invoices service charge budgets & reconciliation statements) to identify potential inaccuracies discrepancies and non-compliance.

• Preparing simple reports showing audit findings & recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Lease Administration to clarify lease terms and resolve complex lease-related issues.

• Liaise with landlords to clarify queries negotiate recoveries.

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and landlords.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelors degree.

• Min. 2-3 experience in real estate audit costs analysis internal compliance or contract review is a must.

• Fluent English.

• Fluent French

• Extreme attention to details and ability to independently conclude within reasonable timeframe.

• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

• Good working knowledge of Excel.
