Copy of ERP Business Analyst

Remote position within Poland

You will join a long-term ERP maintenance and evolution program supporting a live Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution. You will contribute to incident analysis enhancements and continuous improvement in an international environment.

What you will do

• Analyse and resolve functional incidents
• Gather new business requirements and propose improvements
• Support maintenance and evolution of ERP processes
• Collaborate with support development and business teams
• Ensure alignment with global ERP standards
• Contribute to updates and releases

Qualifications :

Mandatory:

• 5 years of experience as Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Finance processes
• Experience in ERP environments (implementation or maintenance)
• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 or other Microsoft ERP solutions
• Experience as Functional Consultant
• Experience in support/Run environments
