Implementations Specialist (m/f/d)

What does the successful Implementations Specialist do:

You will provide high quality service ensuring smooth products implementations to our enterprise customers.

What you will do:

• Set installation schedules and supervise new installations and exchange of old POS terminals for the corporate clients
• Receive and coordinate orders for corporate clients
• Take care of incidents and escalations in order to resolve them (including monitoring of the progress of the incidents)
• Coordination of other operational activities related with implementations for corporate clients
• Keep operational relations with clients on regular basis and take part in client meetings
• Prepare regular analysis of KPIs
• Cooperation with Corporate Sales team and other teams in order to resolve any issues and meet clients expectations.

What you will need to have:

• Strong data analysis skills
• Detailed knowledge of the operational processes of settlement agent
• General knowledge of the payment sector
• Very good knowledge of both English and Polish
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Basic knowledge of technical parameters of POS terminals (configuration and communication)
• Knowledge related with settlements
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to recognize and address client needs
• Ablility to work effectively under pressure of clients high expectations
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Good negotiation and organizational skills.
