Supply Chain Planning Specialist with German

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planning Specialist with German to support product availability and delivery planning for key customers across the DACH market. In this role, you will ensure products are delivered on time and customer service levels remain high.

You will monitor inventory, analyze supply risks, coordinate deliveries, and support planning activities to improve operational performance and supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor product availability and ensure timely deliveries to key customers.
• Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supply risks.
• Coordinate order prioritization and support delivery planning.
• Process and manage customer orders in SAP.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support supply chain optimization initiatives.
• Prepare reports and communicate product availability and supply status to internal stakeholders.
• Support new product launches, assortment changes, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• University degree.
• Fluent German (min. B2) and English.
• At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Supply Planning.
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Experience working with SAP or another ERP system.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data from multiple sources.
• Very good Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure.
• Continuous improvement mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
