• Employment Type: Contract (12 months up to 3 annual renewals)
• Level: Mid-Senior Level
• Work Authorization: Candidates must be eligible to obtain Personal Security Clearance (Level 1) which typically requires EU citizenship or long-term residency and a verifiable background within the EU.

About the Role

Were looking for a Software Developer with strong SharePoint expertise to build modernize and support enterprise applications within a highly regulated environment.

Youll work across the full software development lifecyclefrom architecture and development to deployment and production supportwhile leading technical initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What Youll Do

Software Development;

• Design develop and optimize enterprise SharePoint solutions
• Build full-stack applications across frontend backend and database layers
• Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SDK workflows timer jobs and features
• /.NET Core applications and SQL Server solutions

Architecture & Technical Leadership;

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead technical discussions and support development teams
• Produce architecture documentation estimates and technical specifications
• Contribute to solution design and continuous improvements

APIs & Integration;

• Develop and integrate REST APIs HTTP APIs and Web Services
• Build scalable backend services and integrations
• Manage Azure DevOps pipelines and deployment processes

Support & Delivery;

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line application support
• Participate in testing quality assurance deployments and change management
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver long-term solutions

What Were Looking For

Must Have;

• ICT-related Bachelors degree (or equivalent)
• 4 years of professional software development experience
• 2 years of SharePoint development experience
• Experience building custom SharePoint solutions (SDK workflows features timer jobs)
• / .NET Core and C# experience
• Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• REST APIs HTTP APIs and Web Services
• HTML CSS JavaScript TypeScript and React
• UML and software design experience
• Scrum / Agile development experience
• Experience leading technical initiatives or development teams
• Business-level English (B2)
• Relevant SharePoint or Microsoft certification
• Eligibility to obtain Personal Security Clearance

Nice to Have;

• Previous experience with EU institutions or public-sector organisations
• Existing security clearance
• Multiple Microsoft certifications
• SharePoint migration projects
• Enterprise application modernization
• Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise systems
