About Ubiquity Service
We are an international automotive testing company working with leading automotive and EV manufacturers across Europe. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior Recruiter who is eager to develop together with us and build a successful career in recruitment.
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and well-organized person who enjoys working with people, isn't afraid of challenges, and is excited to be part of an international team.
Key Responsibilities
- Full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies, from sourcing candidates to contract preparation.
- Working with ATS.
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate further interview stages.
- Screen CVs and assess candidates' qualifications, motivation, and overall fit for the role.
- Coordinate recruitment processes with hiring managers and provide regular updates.
- Preparation of contracts, offers, and recruitment-related documentation.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees.
- Meet hiring deadlines and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Polish; Ukrainian or Russian – nice to have.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Good attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Polish Labour Law (Kodeks Pracy) is a strong advantage.
