Accounting Analyst with English Language (OTC)

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with international stakeholders, develop your accounting expertise, and contribute to process improvements while growing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key areas of responsibility

• Perform billing activities: single and massive invoicing based on ART&MIS requests (English & foreign & intercompany customers), semiautomatic invoicing, AR accruals postings including intercompany
• Master data - Inserting request for new code/ modify code, unlocking codes/ sales area opening,
• All documents should be issued according to established procedures and in agreed time frames,
• Perform month end closing activities accurately and on time, preparing accruals,
• SLA assurance,
• Communicate with internal customers, business unit, as required to ensure accurate query resolution,
• Comply with all AR policies and procedures,
• Research, analyze and resolve day-to-day operational issues,
• Participate in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities,
• Maintain an updated and approved process documentation.
  

Knowledge & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in OTC,
• Professional level of English and Polish language (at least B2 level),
• MS Office (Excel) skills,
• Good analytical and multitasking skills,
• Process Improvement / Innovation / Transformation experience,
• High motivation, proactiveness and flexibility,
• Teamwork & communication skills.
