Cornerstone LMS/LXP Administrator

Our client, a leading company in the energy sector, operates a centralized Learning platform based on Cornerstone, which serves as the core hub within a complex HR and learning systems landscape.

In addition to supporting the ongoing, day-to-day operations of the platform, the team is currently preparing for a complex learning-related project. The primary focus of this role is on platform administration, governance, integrations, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end administration and operational management of the LMS/LXP platform to ensure stable, secure, and scalable operations.
• Manage the user lifecycle, configuring roles, permissions, and complex organizational structures.
• Maintain and optimize data quality across the entire platform.
• Enhance the digital user journey, including navigation, content structure, search functionality, and promoting "learning in the flow of work."
• Support and enhance third-party integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle HRMS, LinkedIn Learning).
• Analyze platform reporting and usage data to monitor user adoption, compliance, and engagement.
• Manage incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate escalations with external service providers.
• Document administrative processes to ensure smooth, repeatable service operations.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams, Product Owners, and external vendors.

Required Skills and Experience

• Several years of proven hands-on experience as a Cornerstone LMS/LXP Administrator.
• Fluency in German is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in the operational administration of enterprise-scale LMS/LXP platforms.
• Strong experience in User Lifecycle Management, including role and permission management in Cornerstone.
• Demonstrated experience with data quality management within LMS/LXP environments.
• Proficiency in generating reports, analyzing usage metrics, and managing compliance reporting.
