Poszukujemy specjalisty, który pomoże nam projektować i rozwijać inteligentnych agentów AI wspierających procesy biznesowe, w szczególności w obszarze rekrutacji i analizy danych. Zakres obowiązków: Projektowanie, budowa i rozwój agentów AI w Microsoft Copilot Studio. Tworzenie zaawansowanych promptów oraz logiki konwersacyjnej. Integracja agentów z Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams oraz zewnętrznymi źródłami danych. Tworzenie workflowów i automatyzacji z wykorzystaniem Power Automate. Budowa agentów analizujących dokumenty (np. CV, Job Description, umowy) oraz generujących rekomendacje na podstawie dostarczonych danych. Testowanie, optymalizacja i monitorowanie działania rozwiązań AI. Współpraca z zespołami biznesowymi przy definiowaniu wymagań i wdrażaniu nowych funkcjonalności. Wymagania: Praktyczne doświadczenie w pracy z Microsoft Copilot Studio. Doświadczenie w budowie agentów AI i chatbotów opartych o modele LLM. Znajomość Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Umiejętność projektowania skutecznych promptów (Prompt Engineering). Doświadczenie w integracji systemów poprzez API. Znajomość środowiska Microsoft Azure będzie dodatkowym atutem. Umiejętność przekładania wymagań biznesowych na działające rozwiązania AI. Mile widziane: Doświadczenie w projektach HR, rekrutacyjnych lub outsourcingowych. Znajomość technologii Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI oraz RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Doświadczenie z analizą dokumentów i automatyzacją procesów biznesowych. Szukamy osoby, która: Potrafi samodzielnie zaprojektować i wdrożyć agenta AI od pomysłu do produkcji. Rozumie ograniczenia modeli językowych i potrafi minimalizować ryzyko błędnych odpowiedzi. Łączy kompetencje techniczne z biznesowym podejściem do rozwiązywania problemów. Przykładowy projekt: stworzenie agenta AI analizującego CV kandydatów względem Job Description, oceniającego poziom dopasowania oraz generującego ustrukturyzowany raport dla rekruterów.
