This role is not a traditional data engineering position—it focuses on Power BI expertise, data modeling, performance optimization, and stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality, visually compelling reporting solutions for business users.

• Strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop & Service), including governance and publishing workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in DAX, including measures, context handling, and performance tuning.
• Experience in data modeling concepts, including star schema and relationship management.
• Solid SQL knowledge for data preparation within large-scale environments.
• Proven ability to create clear, visually appealing dashboards aligned with business KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Azure data services (Synapse, ADF, Data Lake, Fabric).
• Knowledge of Power Query (M language) for ETL transformations.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines for Power BI deployments.
• Exposure to Power Automate and Power Platform for workflow automation.
• Python for ad hoc data tasks or automation scenarios.
• Experience working with corporate BI environments and large datasets.
