Project Manager (P4/P5) – E-Solutions / E-Invoicing Programs

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (P4/P5) to support strategic E-Solutions initiatives, with a strong focus on e-invoicing (inbound and outbound) compliance and regulatory implementation. The role ensures end-to-end coordination across Business, IT, GBS streams, and external vendors, driving delivery in complex, cross-functional environments. You will be responsible for establishing strong governance, maintaining project control, and ensuring successful execution from planning through go-live and transition to BAU. This position requires excellent stakeholder management, structured execution, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed, international organization.

YOU WILL

• Establish and maintain project governance, ensuring alignment across Business, IT, GBS, and Vendor stakeholders
• Build and maintain an integrated project plan, including dependencies, milestones, and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across multiple streams and ensure execution against plan
• Drive stakeholder management, including regular status reporting and Steering Committee updates
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when needed
• Ensure follow-up on open actions and timely resolution across all workstreams
• Coordinate UAT activities and support business readiness for go-live
• Ensure smooth transition to BAU, including documentation and handover activities
• Support rapid networking within PMI GBS and foster strong cross-functional collaboration

YOU NEED

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects (Business + IT + external vendors)
• Strong background in regulatory, e-solutions, digital transformation, or IT implementation projects (e-invoicing experience is a strong asset)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a matrix organization
• Ability to quickly build relationships and networks within large, global organizations (GBS environment preferred)
• Strong planning, structuring, and execution control capabilities
• Experience in governance setup, project reporting, and Steering Committee management
• Ability to manage scope, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities effectively
• Experience coordinating UAT and go-live readiness activities
• Strong command of English in an international working environment
