Our Retail Operation Department in Warsaw is looking for a

IT Retail Support Specialist (f/m/d) (100%)

Your Responsibilities:

• Support for all store technical elements/store IT infrastructure, and as part of the technical resolver groups
• Preparing and setting up Store IT infrastructure in each store (configuring store internet/network, credit card terminals, notebooks & tablets, Scanners, printers, etc.)
• Setting up Store Profile and User Profiles for each store in internal systems
• Application support for ePOS-Systems
• Supporting and enabling Promotional/Discounts
• POS workplace management (hardware/software deployment), operations- and application support (1st+2nd level), patch-/upgrade-/migration management, general maintenance, helpdesk, workflow (store, tills, employee), hardware management (POS peripherals), network- and software management (with 3rd party vendors)
• Project Support (ie ePOS, infrastructure)
• Training for shop staff
• Area of responsibility: Region EAST & NX (Poland, Czech Republik, Slovakia, Denmark, Sweden, Norway)

Your Ideal Profile:

• 3-5 years of experience in similar role
• Experience in retail environment is appreciated
• To be open to test and use new technologies and products
• Capable of incidents/technical issues analyses to identify a root cause
• English and Polish (effective communication)
• Remote and On-Site store intervention and trouble shooting
• End-consumer and Internal customer focus skills
