Currently, we’re looking to expand our team in Łódź with a new colleague who brings over 3 years of experience working with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core and is open to work on-site at least 1 day per week.

3-8 years:
Experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core
Practical experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services
Good understanding of OOP principles, SOLID practices, and clean/layered architecture
Practical experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
Experience using ORM and writing efficient SQL queries
Experience with testing frameworks (NUnit preferred) and API testing tools
Working knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker)
Working knowledge of deploying and supporting applications in cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Education
Bachelors or better in Information Technology or related field
Preferred
Experience with AI Frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel)
Knowledge of Agentic Workflows, including multi-agent systems and recursive planning
A background in advanced Prompt Engineering, specifically versioning and optimization tools
