Are you looking for a challenge where your expertise directly shapes the efficiency of complex IT environments? Join us as a Senior Delivery Manager! In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between product management, business stakeholders, and delivery teams. Your main mission will be to drive delivery excellence, ensure predictable outcomes, and embed transparency across a prominent product suite within the EPC DT unit. Scope of Work:

• Delivery Leadership: Lead delivery across a dedicated product suite, ensuring seamless alignment on goals, scope, dependencies, and progress.

• Predictable Execution: Drive predictable delivery by tracking outcomes, managing risks/impediments, and enabling data-driven decisions.

• Process Optimization: Optimise delivery flow by continuously improving ways of working and embedding agile best practices across teams.

• Planning & Capacity: Support product suite-level planning, including prioritization, sequencing, and capacity management.

• Financial Management: Manage delivery finances effectively, balancing overall costs with value realization.

• Stakeholder Reporting: Provide transparent reporting, high-level insights, and clear executive summaries to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 6–12+ years of experience in delivery, programme, or project management within complex IT environments.

• Proven experience working across both agile and project-based delivery models.

• Tooling Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Miro, and Microsoft 365.

• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations at multiple leadership levels across various locations.

• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating concise executive summaries.

• Personal Traits: Pragmatic, structured, outcome-driven, empathetic, and collaborative with a natural ability to build trust.

• An Advantage: Familiarity with the Engineering domain or holding an Engineering degree.
