We’re hiring a Project Manager to provide day-to-day onboarding support and operational coordination for the Group AI Platform. This is a hands-on, user-facing role combining support operations, business analysis, and delivery coordination – acting as the control point for onboarding users and project issues, triaging requests, guiding teams through onboarding, and tracking issues to resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Background primarily in the software/technology industry
5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst delivering software products end-to-end, ideally in complex enterprise environments
Strong support-operations mindset with ability to handle high-volume queries and ambiguity
Solid business analysis and requirements-elicitation skills
Experience owning requests from intake to closure, including RAID management
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence without formal authority
Practical Agile experience (sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, retrospectives)
Strong JIRA and Confluence skills
Experience defining and tracking operational KPIs and building stakeholder reporting
