Finance Systems Lead

• Own financial models, hierarchies, and governance in TM1
• Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation across multiple entities
• Partner with FP&A, CFO teams, and IT on data, modelling, and system improvements
• Oversee integration with D365 and other data sources
• Drive scenario modelling, automation, and continuous improvement

• 5+ years in FP&A / finance within complex, multi-entity environments
• Strong understanding of financial statements and consolidation
• Qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
• Hands-on IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 experience
• Experience with ERP systems (D365 preferred)
• Strong stakeholder skills, comfortable at senior finance level
