Architect / Senior Backend Engineer (DSP / RTB) @ Innowise

Project description:

AdTech product for contextual advertising. The system analyzes website content and selects and displays relevant ads in real time through RTB auctions.

Requirements:

• Commercial experience at a Senior+ level or higher, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks;
  
• Confident spoken and written English skills at B2+ level.

Hard skills

• Strong DSP / RTB bidder development experience;
• High-load, low-latency backend systems design;
• Backend architecture and scalability expertise;
• Building and scaling real-time bidding infrastructure;
• Deep understanding of AdTech ecosystem and auction flow.

Soft skills

• Ownership of end-to-end platform components;
• Technical leadership and architectural decision-making;
• Pragmatic problem solving under scale/performance constraints;
• Accountability for delivery and system reliability.
