CNC Programmer/Operator (Relocation to Belgium)

Description

Our client is a family-owned industrial company based in Alken (Belgium), specialized in solutions for industrial electric motors, gearmotors, pumps, and fans. They are currently looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Operator to join their production team.
The company offers a solid onboarding program, giving you time to adapt and grow into the role.
In this position, you will work in a technical production environment where precision, programming, and machine knowledge are key.
Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up cutting tools, positioning, and clamping workpieces
• Setting machining parameters (speed, feed, lubrication, etc.)
• Operating and programming CNC milling machines
• Making adjustments and modifications to machining programs
• Creating basic CNC programs from technical drawings and part lists
• Performing basic preventive and corrective machine maintenance
• Working with materials such as plastics, composites, ferrous metals (cast iron, steel), and non-ferrous metals (aluminium, zinc)

Conditions

💶 Hourly salary: €17 – €20/hour (based on experience and agreement)

Profile

We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC professional:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machining
• Experience with MAZAK CNC machines
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Good level of English
• European nationality
• Driving licence B
• Hands-on technical mindset and precision working style
• Ability to work independently and in a structured way
