Senior Payroll Specialist with Dutch

For our international client a global leader in the healthcare industry - we are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to support Belgian payroll operations.

Location: Warsaw / Hybrid or Remote

Full-time

Your responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating payroll processes for Belgium

• Reviewing payroll inputs and ensuring data accuracy

• Supporting payroll vendors and monitoring payroll compliance

• Handling payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders

• Supporting month-end and payroll reporting activities

• Cooperating closely with HR, Benefits, Compensation and Finance teams

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in Belgian payroll

• Fluent English and Dutch

• Experience in payroll operations or payroll coordination

• Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset

• Experience in international environment / SSC / BPO will be an advantage

• Knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow or payroll systems is a plus
