Sales Manager Heavy Tyres – Poland

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager Heavy Tyres for the Polish market.
Your role
Your main responsibility will be to promote all Nokian Heavy Tyres products in Poland in line with Group and management policies. You will manage an existing customer portfolio, develop new business opportunities, and build the brand among TBR, Public Works, Harbor companies, large fleets, as well as Agricultural and Forestry companies and contractors. You will implement Nokian’s strategy across dealer networks and support our distributors in growing their sales.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the existing Heavy Tyres customer portfolio in Poland according to Nokian Tyres policies
- Develop sales with prospects in areas defined by management
- Promote Nokian Tyres’ image and reputation among customers
- Analyse customer needs and identify suitable solutions
- Collect and assess field information (commercial, technical, competitive, etc.) specific to each region
- Proactively develop and implement commercial actions in line with Group guidelines
- Contribute to new product development
- Report on commercial activities as required by Group and management
- Represent the company at key fairs and customer events relevant to the sector
- Organize corporate promotion events
- Support Heavy Tyres product and technical matters in cooperation with the TCS Manager for Eastern Europe
Knowledge, skills & experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/technical sales, with solid knowledge of the Heavy Tyres market and products
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in delivering senior-level presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build virtual teams and negotiate effectively
- University or secondary education in Technical or Economic fields
- Native Polish and fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel
- Valid driver’s licence
