Credit Controller with Dutch

We are recruiting on behalf of our Client – an international organization within the food & retail industry, currently expanding its Global Support Centre in Kraków.

We are looking for a Credit Controller with Dutch who will be responsible for managing receivables, maintaining strong relationships with business partners, and supporting credit management processes across the organization.

💼 Contract of Employment | Hybrid Work Model (3 days from office / 2 days from home)

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding receivables and overdue payments,
• Follow up on unpaid invoices and resolve payment issues in a timely manner,
• Prepare regular debtor and collection reports,
• Analyze unpaid items and recommend appropriate actions,
• Organize and participate in debtor review meetings,
• Negotiate and monitor payment plans with business partners,
• Cooperate closely with finance teams and internal stakeholders,
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and payment terms,
• Support cash-on-delivery processes and related reporting.

✅ Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (minimum C1 level),
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit Control,
• Good understanding of credit risk and receivables management processes,
• Strong Excel skills,
• Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage),
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset,
• Familiarity with Benelux payment practices is a plus,
• French language skills will be considered an advantage
