Project Scope: Digital Transformation for Fortune 500 Clients

The Profile

We are looking for a hybrid professional who understands both the "Legal/Business" language and the "Technical/Configuration" side of CLM platforms.

Core Requirements:

Hands-on Experience: Practical experience configuring at least one major CLM platform (e.g., Icertis, Sirion, Agiloft, Conga, DocuSign CLM, SAP Ariba, or ServiceNow for Legal).

Process Expertise: Deep understanding of the end-to-end contract lifecycle (Request, Authoring, Negotiation, Execution, and Obligation Management).

Business Analysis: Proven ability to facilitate requirement workshops, map business processes, and draft high-quality BRDs or User Stories.

Tech Stack: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and advanced Excel.

Communication: Excellent command of English, as you will be working daily with international stakeholders.

Bonus Points for:

Product certifications in Icertis, Sirion, or similar tools.

Understanding of data migration and integrations with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).

Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile, or Scrum).

Your Responsibilities

Solution Delivery: Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of CLM solutions across various industries.

System Configuration: Design workflows, manage clause libraries, and perform metadata modeling within the platform.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and IT teams to translate complex business needs into functional specifications.

Advisory: Provide post-implementation support and offer continuous improvement recommendations to ensure long-term client success.

Change Management: Assist in user testing (UAT), training sessions, and go-live activities.
