For our Client, we're looking for a skilled Atlassian Administrator (Tech SME) who will serve as the go-to expert for Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM) platforms. You will work closely with teams, providing guidance on best practices, ensuring effective platform usage, and driving continuous improvements in service and delivery processes.

• Strong experience with Jira Software, Confluence, and JSM, able to advise both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with JSM configuration: automation, SLAs, request types, queues, knowledge integration.
• Familiarity with Advanced Roadmaps, including capacity and dependency management.
• Experience with Cloud environments and understanding feature differences/migration aspects.
• Programming basics (e.g., Python, NodeJS) are a plus.
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with focus on user experience and measurable outcomes.
