Back office Specialist (English + Dutch / German)

Your responsibilities

• Reviewing and processing data in line with internal procedures
• Working with internal systems and dedicated tools
• Handling assigned operational and administrative tasks
• Supporting daily process execution within the team
• Ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion of tasks

Our requirements

• Dutch or German B2 level or higher
• English at B2 level or higher
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with structured information and procedures
• Readiness to work in a shift-based system
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office applications
• Previous experience in office support, administration, operations, or shared services is an advantage but not required.
