Service Engineer

• Customer account servicing - conduct on-site inspections of lubrication systems, equipment, and application processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their operational needs and challenges.
• Perform oil sampling, condition monitoring, and interpretation to assess lubricant performance.
• Provide tailored, proactive recommendations to improve lubricant application and overall system efficiency.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address challenges and develop bespoke solutions.
• Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure alignment on customer needs.
• Support customers during product trials and implementations to ensure optimal outcomes.
• To conduct site reports electronically in accordance with internal reporting practices
• Participate in/contribute to product training sessions as required.
• Build an internal and external network of colleagues/customers/industry experts to strengthen the delivery of key technical messages both locally and internationally.
• Ensure your workstation, the communal workspaces and facilities are always kept clean and tidy.

• Proven experience in the lubricants industry or a related field service/industrial manufacturing role
• Strong customer-facing experience
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
• Multilingual in various European languages strongly desired.
• Able to work as part of a team and help others work together.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
