AR Collection Specialist (Czech/Slovak and English)

AR Collection Specialist P3 (Czech/Slovak and English)

We are looking for an experienced AR Collection Specialist to manage complex and high-value accounts within our collections process. If you communicate fluently in Czech or Slovak and English, and you have strong experience in advanced collections, we’d love to hear from you.

Job description:

• Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve complex or disputed cases.

• Negotiate payment terms, settlements, and repayment plans.

• Manage high-value and challenging delinquent accounts.

• Analyze payment behavior and prepare reports and insights.

• Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

• Escalate high-risk cases and collaborate with internal teams.

• Support and mentor junior collection specialists.

Expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Several years of experience in collections, including advanced-level responsibilities.

• Knowledge of collections regulations and basic accounting principles.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/collections systems.

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and stay organized.

• Strong customer service mindset and mentoring abilities.

• Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English.
