We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead strategic data and platform initiatives within a global financial services environment. This role drives cross-functional programme delivery, overseeing multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders to execute complex change across data governance, platform migration, and analytics capabilities.

You will be responsible for governance, benefits realisation, RAID management, and financial performance of the programme, while ensuring regulatory compliance and adoption across global business units.

• 8+ years of programme management / delivery leadership in large-scale, global initiatives
• Proven experience in platform and data migration programmes, ideally with exposure to regulated environments
• Strong ability to manage RAID logs, governance gates, financial tracking, and KPIs/OKRs
• Deep familiarity with data management, analytics ecosystems, and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional stakeholder management across business, technology, risk, and external vendors
• Demonstrated experience of adoption and change leadership at enterprise scale
• Ability to influence senior leadership and manage competing priorities
• Agile delivery experience (SAFe or similar certification advantageous)
• Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills; proficient in English

Desirable / Nice to Have

• Experience with SAS migration programmes, Big Data solutions, and cloud analytics platforms
• Familiarity with data lineage, reconciliation, and post-migration assurance practices
• Track record of coaching global teams and embedding delivery best practices
