Remote work - Full-time (40 hours/week)
Start date: Immediately / Upon agreement (April 2026 preferred)
Salary: PLN 7000-8000

Are you a motivated Junior Transport Planner at the start of your logistics career? Do you enjoy coordinating deliveries, working with data, and communicating with multiple stakeholders? Experience as a planner is preferred but not mandatory—we are equally interested in candidates with the right mindset and willingness to learn.

About the Role
As a Junior Transport Planner within our Control Tower team, you will support the planning and execution of transport activities across a defined network. You’ll work closely with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure efficient deliveries, strong service levels, and continuous improvement of transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily transport and delivery planning to meet agreed lead times and service levels

• Monitor deliveries and help resolve delivery discrepancies with minimal disruption

• Assist in managing logistics issues and transport claims

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including efficiency and CO₂ reduction

• Communicate daily with clients, carriers, and team members across multiple regions

• Support the team in completing ad hoc logistics tasks

Your Profile

• Experience in transport planning or logistics is preferred, but not mandatory

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset

• Fluent in both Polish and English - NOT NEGOTIABLE
