JOB DESCRIPTION
The main responsibility of an IT Support Specialist is to ensure the smooth
operation of hardware, software, and workplace technology across the
organization. You will act as the first line of support for employees, helping
resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of
security and reliability.
This role combines hands-on hardware management with user support and
workplace IT administration. You will be responsible for provisioning
equipment, maintaining asset inventory, supporting onboarding and
offboarding processes, and ensuring that our offices in Wrocław and
Amsterdam are technically well-equipped and secure.
We operate in two countries with an international client base, so our working
language is English.
We are looking for someone proactive, well-organized, and service-oriented,

growing company, you are able to work independently, prioritize tasks
effectively, and continuously improve our internal IT processes.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Act as the first line of IT support for employees (hardware and software
issues)
● Diagnose and resolve problems related to laptops, operating systems,
peripherals, and office equipment
● Install and configure operating systems on newly purchased devices
(macOS, Windows, Linux where applicable)
● Prepare and configure laptops and accounts for new employees
(onboarding and offboarding)
● Maintain hardware inventory and asset management documentation
● Provide support for third-party software installed on employees’
machines
● Troubleshoot issues related to VPN, antivirus software, internet
connectivity, and device performance
● Verify compatibility of upcoming OS releases (Windows, Ubuntu,
macOS) with company-used software before upgrades
● Support basic network and office infrastructure issues
● Ensure compliance with internal security policies and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS
● At least 2–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or workplace IT
● Strong knowledge of Linux (Windows knowledge is a plus; basic MacOS
familiarity is appreciated)
● Experience supporting VPN, endpoint protection, and antivirus solutions
● Understanding of IT security best practices (device encryption, MFA,
access management)
● Strong problem-solving skills and service-oriented mindset
● You are a team player - we like to discuss how to resolve problems
before we start working with it. You are comfortable defending your
ideas or challenging others
● Part of the team is from Amsterdam so fluent English is a must
OPTIONAL SKILLS WE APPRECIATE
● Experience with MDM tools (e.g., JumpCloud)
● Basic networking knowledge
● Experience in a SaaS or tech company
● Experience supporting remote teams
● Knowledge of ISO/security compliance practices
