Principal Software Engineer
Working as a Principal Software Engineer, you will:
- Drive the full lifecycle of software solutions, from architectural design through development to production deployment
- Build and evolve AI-powered, customer-focused systems using modern GenAI tools and agent-based development approaches
- Design complex components and features while ensuring scalability, reliability, and high quality
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Managers to shape roadmaps and deliver solutions aligned with business goals
- Influence and improve engineering standards, delivery processes, and best practices
- Lead, mentor, and support Software Engineers and Quality Analysts, including reviewing code and test strategies
- Ensure solutions comply with platform architecture, security, and technical standards, supporting DevOps-related activities
- Support incident and problem management by assisting L3 production support teams in troubleshooting and resolution
- Actively explore and promote new AI frameworks, agent platforms, and development workflows, educating others on innovative ways of working

Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience delivering software solutions in large, international, and complex organizations
- Proven background in working directly with business stakeholders and senior leadership
- 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership or architecture role
- Strong knowledge of modern engineering practices such as Agile, DDD, microservices, CQRS, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles
- Hands-on experience with RESTful application development using C#/.NET, Python, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Solid expertise in Microsoft Azure and M365, including services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Service Bus/Event Hub, and SQL or MongoDB
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and coding agents (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Antigravity)
- Strong background in test-driven and specification-driven development using modern testing and performance tools
- Proven experience working with DevOps pipelines, tooling, and practices
- Upper-intermediate (B2+) level of written and spoken English
