Senior Solution Engineer (Infrastructure)

The company has been operating since 1991 and, since 1996, has been the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland. Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Senior Solution Engineer (Infrastructure)!

Key Responsibilities:

• Participation in IT projects (architecture, configuration) and analysis and creation of business requirements specifications;
• Participation in presales activities and supporting the delivery of IT projects.
• Lead and facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and align technical solutions with client needs.
• Collaboration with delivery, presales and business team.

Our Requirements:

• Over 4 years of experience in a similar role with expertise On-Prem – Exchange, AD DS, AD CS, EntraID, Migration to M365, PowerShell
• Experience in implementing Microsoft products (especially infrastructure solutions).
• Strong presales and business communication skills.
• English proficiency (at least B2 level).
• Polish language at C1+ level.
