SSC HR Manager

For our Client – a global Shared Services Center organization from the manufacturing sector – we are looking for an experienced HR Manager. The person in this role will be responsible for end-to-end HR management within the SSC structure, as well as for the further development and standardization of HR processes.

Wymagania

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the HR function within the SSC structure
• Providing HR support to management teams
• Designing, implementing, and continuously improving HR policies and processes in line with global standards
• Oversight of recruitment and onboarding processes
• Managing the HR team (if applicable)
• Preparing HR reports, analyzing data, and monitoring HR KPIs
• Participating in HR development, standardization, and optimization projects

Oczekujemy

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within an SSC or an international organization
• Experience in an HR Manager or HR Business Partner role
• Very good knowledge of Polish labor law
• Proven experience in working with management teams
• Fluent English (C1 level)
• Ability to work in a process-driven and international environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
