Press Brake Operator
The company operates in the manufacturing industry and is located in Tczew,Gdańsk.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Operation of press brakes (setting machine parameters).
- Bending sheet metal elements according to technical documentation or technical drawing.
- Keeping production documentation (e.g. entering made details, reporting defects).
- Measuring components according to technical drawing.
What do we expect from you?
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level (Intermediate or higher).
- Vocational or technical education.
- Knowledge of technical drawing and measurement tools.
- Computer skills (MS Office).
- Readiness to work in 3 shifts and 4 brigades.
- Accuracy and precision in action, perceptiveness.
What we offer:
- Gross monthly salary of PLN 6170 - 7970.
- Type of Contract: Umowa or Pracę (Employment Contract).
- Additional 20% for working in the 4-brigade system.
- Attendance bonus – up to PLN 280 gross per month.
- Efficiency bonus – up to PLN 180 gross per month.
