Position: Customer Service Specialist (Swiss language)
Project: DeLonghi (known for high-quality coffee machines)
Contract Type: Full-time employment contract (Polish: umowa o pracę)
Work Location: On-site (Katowice, ul. Zabrska 19)
Responsibilities:
• Customer service (pre/after sales) for incoming calls
• Handling inquiries via contact form, email, chat, and Facebook
• Processing warranty claims
• Resolving minor technical issues
• Product comparisons, special offers, and product advice
• Working with documentation and data management
• Ensuring high-quality customer service and a positive brand image
Requirements:
• Fluent Swiss (written and spoken, at least C1 level)
• English skills at B2 level for communication within the team and during training
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor towards customers
Advantageous:
• Experience in customer service (pre/after sales, e-commerce, technical support)
What we offer:
• Fully paid training program in English – 2 weeks of theoretical training, 2 weeks of practical training
• Salary: PLN 10 000 gross
• Full-time employment contract
(Initial contract – 3 months, with extension after the probationary period depending on business needs and employee
performance)
• Shift work: 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours daily including a 1-hour break (2 x 30 min.)
• Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:00–18:00
