Junior Back Office Specialist (Spanish & Portuguese)

As a Junior Back Office Operations Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for reviewing and processing online content to ensure compliance with internal policies and standards. This is an entry-level, back-office role focused on administrative and analytical tasks, ideal for candidates starting their professional career.

Your Responsibilities:

• Review user reports related to website content
• Analyze and classify content in line with compliance policies
• Make accurate, well-balanced decisions based on defined procedures
• Flag discrepancies and support inquiry resolution
• Use market-specific knowledge to improve user support
• Review sensitive content, which may occasionally include graphic or disturbing material

Requirements:

• Portuguese and Spanish at minimum C1 level
• English at B2 level
• Availability to work in a 24/7 shift system from the office (two days off per week)
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
• Neutral and professional mindset when reviewing various types of content
• Good written and verbal communication skills
