Position: Mid Manual QA

Requirements

• Polish at B2 level or higher (good spoken, written, and technical communication skills)
• English at B2 level or higher (good spoken, written, and technical communication skills)
• At least 2 years of experience as a Manual QA for web applications (mandatory!), including:
  • Solid understanding of how web applications work
  • Advanced knowledge of testing processes and methodologies
  • Good knowledge of SDLC
  • Hands-on experience in creating test scenarios, test cases, bug reports, and test execution reports
  • Advanced usage of dev tools
  • Advanced API testing skills, working with APIs on a daily basis (including the ability to write custom API requests/scripts using tools like Postman, Insomnia, Bruno, or pure code- so that’s something more than simply clicking "Execute" in Postman and checking response visually!)
  • Working with relational databases
  • Hands-on experience using GitLab/GitHub on a daily basis
  • Basic knowledge of Docker
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and push initiatives forward
• Ability to work on-site in the Kraków office - mandatory!

Please note that this position does not include writing automation tests!

Recruitment process
- stage 1: technical interview (online, approx. 2h 15 min)
- stage 2: meeting at the office (approx. 30-60 min)
