Technician Back-Office T&L (Transport & Logistics)

Responsibilities

• Control and verify transport billing related to sales.
• Analyze and manage transport cost overruns.
• Handle and resolve transport-related disputes and claims.
• Investigate billing discrepancies (price, quantity, missing PO).
• Monitor transport KPIs and maintain performance dashboards.
• Support compliance with transport and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of transport and logistics processes.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and logistics IT systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
