Your Key Responsibilities: As the go-to expert for our French-speaking travelers, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their journey. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy. Conducting research to resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring every interaction ends with a smile. Sharing your knowledge of travel products and services to help customers create memorable experiences. What You Bring to the Role: Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken). At least 6 months of customer service experience (travel industry experience is a plus but not mandatory). A high school diploma or equivalent. Comfort using computers and navigating digital tools.
